Do you want change? Then you have to change.
Not somebody else. Not your neighbor, your spouse, your children, your trainer, or the waitress who gets your order wrong every flipping time. You. If you don’t like where the path ended, then you have to change the path.
If you want your life to improve, you have to do it. Decide what needs fixing first — and get on it.
There’s no magic machine that takes your complaints and creates change. (If there was, we’d all have one. Heck, I’d have two.) You might be able to nag someone into action (and you know how everybody loves a nag!) but don’t fool yourself that you changed them. They changed themselves. No, if you want real, lasting change, then you have to create it. You can try like hell to create it in other people … but, unless they want to change, then that shit just isn’t going to happen.
So, stop talking so much. Act. Change yourself.
