No intense words today, no deep thoughts — there’s enough of that mood everywhere. Instead, just breathe and live.

Do stuff that makes you smile today. Jump in your warm-ups, laugh at the stupid stuff in life, let go of things that are needlessly dragging you down. Free yourself from garbage — real and emotional — that you simply don’t need in your life. It’s going to feel like you took 50lbs off a hang power clean.

Be light. Jump higher. Enjoy.
